We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team at Late Air, as a Line Cook. Candidates should be team-oriented, willing to assist a small & focused kitchen crew, comfortable working in a high paced environment and maintaining a growth mindset.

  • Maintaining an organized work space with a focus on small details

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and use critical thinking to solve problems

  • Willingness and ability to follow instructions, collaborate with the team and execute on a high level

  • Report to kitchen manager regarding inventory, ordering needs and prep tasks

  • Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism
